Will I receive printed notes?

No, the product is exclusively digital. You will receive all the materials in digital format, allowing for instant access and the flexibility to study on multiple devices.

Can I access the materials on multiple devices?

Yes, once you download the materials, you can transfer them to and access them on any of your devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.

Are there any recurring fees or subscriptions?

No, the Premium Bundle is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions required to access the materials.

Does The Level Up Nurse Pro Bundle replace my textbook?

Great question! Our Bundle is a supplemental study guide that breaks down complex nursing school topics and subjects. For example, the med surg topics are broken down information into "signs and symptoms", "patho", "causes", "medications", "nursing care" and similar topics.
The Nurse Masterclass does not replace your textbook.

Can I print the study materials?

Yes, all the materials in the Nurse Masterclass are available in a printable version. You can print the guides and charts to use them as physical copies for your convenience.

How can i access my material?

You will receive the purchased material via email immediately after the purchase. Please make sure to enter the correct email address during the payment process

Can I share the materials with friends or classmates?

No. All of our files are share-protected, and if we detect document sharing, those documents will be automatically locked, and your download access will be suspended indefinitely.

Do I get lifetime access to my purchases?

Yes. All customers receive lifetime access to their notes, as well as any future editions of those previously purchased subjects.

Why haven't I received my order email?

The most common reason is an incorrectly entered email in our checkout. If you suspect this has happened, please email us at info@nursetechpro.com and we will track your order down for you and deliver it manually to your email.Your order confirmation email may have also gone to your junk email/spam folder. Please check these folders to make sure you've received our email. Please note, if you check out via ApplePay, or PayPal, your order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your payment method.
